Institutional & Union Partnerships

Sponsor a fully-funded cohort for your school, district or union

Built directly from what schools told us: most can't fund training from an individual teacher's pocket, and prefer a whole department or staff cohort paid for by a sponsor. Grow Smart SA has submitted a formal, tiered proposal to a Western Cape teachers' union, currently under consideration.

Frequently asked questions

Not at all. The programme is designed for educators with any level of tech experience, and walks through exactly how to use AI as a controlled drafting tool for assessments and memoranda.
Generic chatbots are fluent but not curriculum-aware, and give you no way to verify the output. Grow Smart SA's training is built around CAPS deconstruction, cognitive grids, Error-Carried-Forward marking rules and language calibration, developed and validated with real Western Cape teachers. Our Mathematics tool goes further: the maths itself is computed and checked by code, not predicted by AI.
Five sessions, two hours each, ten contact hours in total. Delivered entirely online via Google Meet and Google Classroom, so any school in the country can take part without travel cost.
An editable, pre-moderation-ready assessment package: a question paper, a marking guideline and a cognitive-level grid, plus a certificate of completion for your CPD portfolio and PoE evidence.
The standard rate is R400 per educator per session (R2,000 for the full five-session programme). Sponsored cohorts through a school, district or union run from R5,000 for a 5-educator department pilot up to R50,000 for a 50-educator district cohort. Yes. Schools, institutions or sponsored partners can book or sponsor a cohort, depending on the applicable programme arrangement. This is exactly how one of our existing school partnerships works, and it's the model behind our proposal to a Western Cape teachers' union.
Not yet; it's in structured validation with practising teachers ahead of a planned March 2027 launch, for Grade 7-9 Mathematics initially. Join the waitlist through the contact form and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
